Missing Mode On
Going to miss all my tweeps. with whom I have laughed. with whom Ive fought and argued over petty things. They were the reason I stayed, They were the reason I came back. They always make me smile even if they know Im being a snorty little hag.
Going to miss my football tweeps. All those with whom Ive argued and fought like a maniac and yelled (Capslocked) my heart out that Barcelona and Messi are awesome and unbeatable. haha. I need to put all that behind now. those are memories though, lovely memories.
Going to specially miss my #TeamJawniz and all those special ones who cared to tell me that my tweets are awesome. that my avi was good or bad or when I was 'High' and should have gone to sleep. haha. My #TeamJawniz is awesome. J, AF, AH, SJ, H, ND, ZH, HF and Groovy. these people are awesome. I wish I could wrap them in a parcel and keep them with me forever.
Life Is Changin' Yo!
Life is going to change. After a Month I'd have different relationships, different responsibilities and different people to take care of. They would be like family.
Family reminds me of my sis who is abroad and cant come to Pakistan to attend my Nikkah. Its killing me. she misses it too. I miss her. We dont say anything but I hate it. Who misses the Nikkah of their siblings? Allah, please help us out. I know you do everything for a reason but If she can come I'd be really thankful to You. if not, I'd still be thankful cuz Your Decisions are Great.
Im freaking out. I literally am. I have to keep my mind focused on trivial stuff to keep myself happy. I am happy but the stress is part and parcel of the relationship I am going to be in after a month. May Allah bless Me and my family. Always.

Blogpost on Umera Ahmed
CHARM
OF UMERA AHMED’S DRAMAS
The name “Umera Ahmed”
needs no introduction since it has created a place of its own among the giants
of Urdu prose. Drama channels provided a platform to writers like Umera Ahmed
to display their work and the moment people watched her first drama, they were
spell-bound. Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan, Doraha, Maat, Daam, Durr e
Shehwar, Shehre Zaat and the most recent serial Zindagi Gulzar Hai have taken
the level of Urdu dramas to a zenith.
The themes of her
dramas revolve around family, relationships, religion, the society and its
hypocrisy. She owns a deep insight into the psychology of humans and thus she
pens down all the intricacies that go in the mind of a man, woman or even a
teenager. It is a wonder as to how she can depict the story from a man’s
perspective as well as a woman’s with sheer brilliance and alacrity. Her characters
in the dramas, specially the woman, acquire a special place in the dramas and
in the hearts of her audience. She makes people fall in love, hate and jealousy
with the characters and puts to test our various human emotions for them.
Urdu language was
losing its charm when Pakistani channels started broadcasting Indian dramas and
displayed a dire need of Pakistani content. Umera Ahmed came to the rescue of
Pakistani culture and content with her novels and her beautiful stories and got
people addicted to Pakistani media. Her art knows no bounds when it comes to
teaching society moral values and breaking all sorts of stereotypes regarding
men and women. Her dramas create a whole new world of fiction, imagination and at
the same time, make us believe that it is all real. She has a charm to create
stories that last in the mind of audience for a long time.
(The page to which I submitted this article selected some other article which had to my surprise a terrible sentence structure and grammatical errors. anyways. here's my take on the legendary Umera Jee.)

Day 5 (Darn it) of Deactivation
Why do people act like smart asses? ALL THE FRIGGIN TIME. Pakistanis are soooo addicted to being smart asses that they cant answer straight. They think their level of wit and sarcasm is so good that whatever shit they are going to utter is going to be so delightfully funny that anybody who wouldnt agree with them would be ostracized as dumb. No. thats not how this world works. maybe it does. some special sort of douchepickles are present everywhere. Some people running those Facebook pages like Memeabad are some examples. Khair...
I forgot to write my blogpost yesterday. rather, I was so lost in watching Breaking Bad that I lost the track of time and didnt recall to open my blog page. Regarding Breaking bad, this is one hell of a series. Once I am done watching this, imma write a whole blogpost regarding it. It deserves it. the characters, the plot, the themes and every other thing is well synchronized and makes it even more awesome. Im trying to download the 3rd season of Breaking Bad now. I hope it downloads already so I can continue with the adventure.

Day 3 of Deactivation
Please bear with the title of these blogs, the addiction will take it's time to wear off K? Soooo. Today was fine. the usual. the interesting bit was that my cousin introduced me to this competition to write a 300 words article on Umera Ahmed for a drama page on Facebook. Since it is already established that Umera Ahmed is the J K Rowling of Urdu dramas, I was more than happy to write about her and her dramas. I wish it gets approved not cause the winners (top 3) would get 500 Rs. worth of balance card for their mobile (HAHAHHA WHAT!?) but cause I wanted to write about her and pay homage to one of the most fantastic writers of Urdu. I'll be brutally honest with you guys if I say I didnt read anything in Urdu for the past so many years since my interest never developed in the language itself. Umera Ahmed changed that for me. The moment I started reading Peer e Kamil, I knew I was in for a fantastic reading ride. She has a great understanding of religion, people, relationships and other troubles of human life.
Anyways, If it gets published or something Imma share the link or the article itself here. till then, toodles.

Day 2 of Deactivation
Those little things people do to remind you that you are still wanted in this world makes you feel so special. Be it a text message, a call or even an email.. Anything that says "I miss you" gives you the best feeling ever. Friends. precious. soulful. sweet natured. taking your bullshit and laughing it off. cheering you up. laughing with you. laughing at you. being naughty with you. Friends. I am blessed to have such friends. I feel bad for not returning the same kind of love and attention my friends shower upon me. Thank you S and J.

Day 1 of Deactivation
Yup I am addicted. To Twitter ofcourse. The first thing I typed in the address bar was 'Twi' but then I had to backspace and realized I deactivated my account. so How is it going so far? I slept at 1 am (BIG BIG MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT) but then I woke up at 4.30 am (WOW WHATTAY ACHIEVEMENT) and then I had my egg mayo sandwich. Tried to find Knorr in the cabinets but turns out that my mum ate the last packet so thats that. what else... yes I am missing my tweeps..how can I not? they
are funny, they make me laugh, I fight with them and they are the reason why I stuck on Twitter for so long. okay shut up already Im starting to miss them to the point of making myself sentimental. so Adios and hoping to give my blog page it's much deserved time now.
